What is My Shangri-La Community?

My Shangri-La Community is an exclusive community of customers we’ve invited to share their ideas and insights on our hotels and resorts with the idea of continual improvement. Members have the opportunity to share their opinions and ultimately influence the future of Shangri-La.

What are the benefits of being a member of My Shangri-La Community?

• For each activity that you participate in, you will be rewarded with GC Award points
• You will get sneak peeks at offers and innovations we’re testing

How often will I be asked to participate?

We encourage participation in as many surveys and activities as you are invited to take, and we aim to ask for your opinions monthly. The more you participate the more rewards you will receive.

How do I know when an activity is available?

You will be e-mailed every time there is a new activity. Simply click on that URL or cut and paste it into a web browser of your choice and complete the survey form online via a PC, Mobile, or Tablet. Rest assured that activity length will be closely controlled to respect your time.
